Bishop
OUR FOUNDER
Bishop Ronald A. Sewell, Sr. is the founder of Pentecostal Covenant Ministry (PCM), a Pentecostal Ministry formed in the city of Norfolk, Virginia, United States of America, 2021. Bishop Sewell is a native of and born in the city of brotherly love, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, 1942.
Bishop Sewell, after completing his high school education, joined the United States Navy in 1960 and served faithfully, retiring as a Commissioned Warrant Officer in 1982, after having served 22 years. Bishop Sewell later continued his education at the North Carolina College of Theology, earning a doctoral degree in Religious Education, June 2013.
In 1989, Bishop Sewell was appointed pastor, of the Herald of His Coming Church of God in Christ (C.O.G.I.C.) in Norfolk, Virginia. Under his leadership and tutelage, eight churches were planted in the Hampton Roads area and Eastern Shore of Virginia.
In the year of 2019, Bishop Sewell was consecrated as a Bishop in the Church of God in Christ. In the following year, 2020, God called Bishop Sewell to establish the Pentecostal Covenant Ministry (P.C.M.)
Bishop Sewell, in 1963 married Alberta M. Williams of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. They are blessed with five children.
OUR MISSION
Pentecostal Covenant Ministries is a Christian organization, rooted in the Pentecostal tradition. Our primary mission is the seeking of souls and the planting of churches for the kingdom of God.
We believe in supporting the local church and assisting in church growth strategies.
We believe that the bible is the infallible word of God.
We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons, God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Ghost.

THE SEAL
The seal of the Pentecostal Covenant Ministries establishes the Vision of the Presiding Bishop’s Coat of Arms. The design of the seal was created in 2020.
The triangular shapes represent “The Union of the Body, Mind and Spirit.
The doves represent the coming together of multiple bodies focused one goal, to bring people to Jesus.
The establishment year (EST 2021) reveals the year that God gave Bishop Sewell the vision and compelled him to call together in February 2021some godly brothers to organize PCM.
We pray that God will forever use the Pentecostal Covenant Ministries as a beacon of hope to all men.
